As Head of Operations at Bourlet Consulting, Dillon is responsible for ensuring the business operates efficiently and effectively, continually enhancing processes, systems and controls to support advisers, paraplanners and client service teams. His focus is on creating a seamless operational framework that enables the firm to deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance and professionalism.  

Dillon brings extensive experience from across the wealth management and investment sectors, having worked in both UK and international markets throughout his career. Prior to joining Bourlet Consulting, he held senior positions within the Private Equity sector and a FTSE 100 organisation, where he gained valuable expertise in business operations, regulatory oversight, client service and organisational development. He has also completed a number of industry qualifications, further strengthening his technical knowledge and understanding of financial services.

Combining broad industry experience with a passion for operational excellence, Dillon plays a key role in supporting Bourlet Consulting’s continued growth, helping to ensure the firm delivers outstanding service and positive outcomes for every client.
